We had a large party of tasters and could not have been happier with the results. Every family enjoyed the wine, our hosts, and the beautiful setting. If you prefer a low-key atmosphere over the busloads at the big mass producers, then this is a great stop!
This winery is a gem. The owner and wine maker hosted the tasting. The wine is outstanding and we felt so welcomed. We joined the club after the best tasting I’ve ever had. Robert is very knowledgeable about wines and fabulous company. We look forward to many future visits.
First, and best, stop of our trip. Any trip to Sonoma would be incomplete without a visit to Schermeister. We were fortunate enough to spend time with Rob and really hear about his journey as a winemaker, and the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into the building of the label. It made for such an enriching experience, and it didn’t hurt that every wine in the tasting slapped.

One of the few places you can meet the winemaker/owners. Terrific wines, fun food pairings, great vibe, and a an overall great stop.
This winery is the perfect little nook along a bubbling brook. The wine is delicious and the schermeisters are very welcoming with an array of wine knowledge. They have a way of making you feel like you've come home with the rustic, modern design on the inside. It's perfect for private to large group tastings. Definitely have the Pinot!
